Guide customers to share what matters most
Before customizint a Form, Take a Moment.
What are the key insights you need from your customers? For example, is it about:
- Overall service experience or a specific service interaction?
- A new menu, a particular dish, or a product?
- The comfort or cleanliness of your premises?
- The professionalism or friendliness of your staff?
- "How did we do today?" (general performance)
- The smoothness of the booking or purchasing process?
- The quality of your pickup or home delivery service?
The wording of your questions matters
Remember, how you phrase your questions matters when you're asking for feedback and on what specific topic. Your question plants the seed for what your customer might write in their review.
For example, instead of just asking, "Was everything okay?", try asking:
"What made your experience particularly successful today?"
or
"If you could mention one thing we did exceptionally well with our new menu, what would it be?"
This guides the customer to focus on positive details.
